The inheritors include: his oldest son, Muhammad Hasan, his daughters, Karbalayi Javahir, Karbalayi Sahib, Kishvar, Khadijah, Farkhundah, and Rubabah (with their husbands' permission), his permanent wives, Karbalayi Shahr Banu, Karbalayi Mihr Banu, Sahib Sultan, and Shaykh Ziya’ al-Din on behalf of his two underaged children.

Agreement dated December 11, 1902 between Sakinah, daughter of the late Karbalayi Husayn Muqanni [well-digger] and wife of the late Darvish Husayn, and Darvish Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Muhammad Husayn, selling parts of a building in the Aqa [or Aba] neighborhood for twelve tumans, and a settlement dated August 10, 1910 between Sakinah and her son, Darvish Husayn, exchanging all of her belongings, except her clothes, which belong to her daughter, for one hundred dinars and one charik of wheat.

Settlement between Aqa Baygum, daughter of Haj Muhammad Javad from Isfahan and wife of Haj Muhammad Sadiq from Dastjird, and her two sons, Muhammad Hadi Arbab and Muhammad Shafi‘, exchanging four-and-one-half acres of a property in Dastjird, which she inherited from her son, Hasan ‘Ali, for one hundred dinars. Settlement between Haj Mirza ʻAli Akbar, son of Mirza Khurasani, executor of the will of the late Mirza Abu Talib [illegible] from Lahijan, on behalf of his inheritors including his underaged children and two wives, and Mirza Sayyid ʻAli, son of Sayyid Muhammad Yusuf [illegible], exchanging one half of the late Mirza Abu Talib's land for one hundred tumans paid annually for five years.

On one side is the settlement dated August 21, 1904 between Karbalayi Kazim, son of the late Mirza [illegible] from Lahijan, and Haj Ramazan, son of Mashhadi Mulla Baba from Dumuchal [Dumchal], over connected and seperate pieces of land in Dumuchal [Dumchal] village, which Karbalayi Kazim inherited from his mother and his brother, for four hundred twenty-five tumans and five thousand dinars. Copy of a settlement between Rubabah, daughter of Muhammad Khalil, son of Haj Muhammad from Qazvin and resident of Isfahan, and her aunt, Fatimah Sultan, daughter of the merchant Muhammad Mahdi from Qazvin and resident of Isfahan, who is Rubabah's mother-in-law, exchanging everything that Rubabah owns, including property, money, gold jewelry, copperware, books, furniture, clothes, and dishes for seventy-five grams of sugar candy.

Marriage and divorce contracts of Shahrbanu and Qasim, 1903
Marriage and divorce contracts of Shahrbanu, daughter of Mashhadi ‘Ali, and Qasim, son of Mashhadi Haydar. The mahr was thirty tumans to buy goldware, copperware, felt, bedding from Isfahan, a rug, silk and European chintz clothes, and some property. The groom settled with his mother over copperware, felt, beddings, set of European chintz clothes, and part of the property. Later, he settled a part of the mentioned items with his father. On January 9, 1905, Shahrbanu settled her mahr with Qasim for one hundred dinars and one charik [unit of weight] of wheat in order to get a divorce.
